• If design, development, or content work has been initiated
• If domain, hosting, or third-party tools have been purchased or activated

4.2SEO & Ranking Services

• If SEO work has started, including keyword research, on-page or off-page optimization
• If ranking improvements or visibility progress have begun
• If reports, submissions, or optimization activities have been executed

4.3Lead Generation & Listing Services

• If business listings are published
• If leads or inquiries have already been delivered or shared

4.4Digital Services Nature

Due to the intangible and time-bound nature of digital marketing, SEO, and web development services, once work has commenced, refunds cannot be processed.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases, we may offer a partial refund if:

• Work has been initiated but is at a minimal stage
• No significant deliverables have been completed

Such decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Refund requests without valid details may be rejected.
